John was "no-pressure", and always eager to get us in to see homes as soon as possible. If he was not available when we called or emailed, we received a response within an hour or two. He had a good knowledge of the areas where we looked and pointed out pros and cons of the homes we viewed. John had a good sense of what we needed within our price range and did not try to sell something that was more than we could comfortably afford.
