I worked with John Hart to purchase my home in 2020. He had already worked with my parents for a long time so was somebody they knew and trusted. The market was competitive and the home buying process can feel overwhelming; John was always a text away to answer my questions, keep me posted and provide me tips to keep the momentum going so we could close. John was "no-pressure", and always eager to get us in to see homes as soon as possible. If he was not available when we called or emailed, we received a response within an hour or two. He had a good knowledge of the areas where we looked and pointed out pros and cons of the homes we viewed. John had a good sense of what we needed within our price range and did not try to sell something that was more than we could comfortably afford. I often recommend John to others because he was easy to work with, knowledgeable and obviously cared about matching his clients with a good home.

John was terrific. I asked for a general appraisal of our condo and fully disclosed we were not ready to sell but would be in a few years. I thought he would stop by and do a general appraisal.
